Naturally occurring phosphate rock for soil enrichment. It is obtained by grinding the preliminary beneficiated Chilisai nodular phosphate rock (Aktobe obl., Republic of Kazakhstan). Feature of phosphate rock is that up to 45% of the phosphate component is citric soluble form that is easily absorbed by the plants.
Introducing the phosphate rock into the soil, it reduces soil acidity that is harmful to plants and microorganisms, helps to increase crop yields, increases plant resistance to various diseases, drought, frost, positive effects on the quality of agricultural products, increases the sugar content in sugar beet and starch in potato tubers, provides high content of protein in the grain.
Phosphate rock is an environmentally friendly, relatively cheap, low-cost natural substance, which besides the main component of nutrition P2O5, contains calcium, sulfur, magnesium, silicon and wide range of microelements: Fe, Zn, Mn, K, Co, and the content of microelements in phosphate rock is properly to the average normal level of concentration on the soil.
The application of phosphate rock with the physiologically acidic nitrogen fertilizers increases the rate of use by 15-20%, resulting in decrease of its application rate.
Manure and peat composts, organic-mineral fertilizers, any brands of fertilizer blends N-P-K are prepared on the basis of phosphate flour.
Phosphate flour improves the physical and chemical properties and soil structure, makes it breathable and moisture, increases biological activity, enhances fertility.
Phosphate flour stimulates the development of the root system – it is stronger branches and penetrates deeper into the soil, which in turn helps to improve the supply the plant with nutrients and moisture.
Phosphate flour is used in all types of soils with low content of available phosphorus.
Particularly effective its action on soils, which have hydrolytic acidity of more than 2.5 milli-equivalents per 100g of soil and the degree of base saturation of less than 80%.
Phosphate flour is applied as the soil enrichment for the summer and autumn tillage (plowing, cultivation, etc.) at a dose of 1.0-3.0 t/ha in bulk once in 3-5 years (Phosphoriting reception). At the same time agrochemical effectiveness of phosphate rock introduces "in stock" is not less than using it in a small doses each year regarding the sum of increases in crop yields for a number of years.
Application of phosphate rock does not pollute ground water with toxic components and water reservoirs, ecology area is not disturbed as well.
Phosphate rock is not washed from the soil for 5-7 years and more.
Delivery terms – by railroad cars in 50 kg bags and soft containers "big-bags" 1.0-1.5 t or unpacked (in bulk) in the mineral hoppers.
